- Before entering the room for housekeeping, our staff will knock on the door three (3) times. If there is no response after three knocks, it will be assumed that the guest is not in the room. In this case, housekeeping staff may use the key to enter and proceed with cleaning. As the housekeeping schedule has been informed in advance, guests are kindly requested to take care of their personal belongings and valuables when not present in the room.

- Housekeeping service is provided twice a week, according to the scheduled arrangement.

- If you wish to skip housekeeping, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your room door.

- If you have any questions about housekeeping services or any special requests, please contact the management directly via WhatsApp for assistance.
