Please read these important guidelines for a smooth and comfortable cleaning service.
Before entering, our staff will knock on the door three (3) times. If there is no response, staff may use the key to enter and proceed with scheduled cleaning. As the schedule is shared in advance, please secure your personal belongings and valuables whenever you are away.
Housekeeping service is provided twice a week according to the scheduled arrangement for your apartment.
If you wish to skip housekeeping, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your apartment door before the scheduled cleaning time.
If you have any questions about housekeeping services or special requests, please contact building management directly via WhatsApp for assistance.
